Important Information regarding Terms of Service
Content
By using the WordBuzz service, any content you upload or enter on the WordBuzz service is agreed to:
- be covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (”IP content”), and you specifically give WordBuzz the following permissions: yu grant us a non-exclusive, transferrable, royalty-free worldwide license to use any IP content that you post, enter or upload in connection with WordBuzz (IP license). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account (except to the extent your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it).
- When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
Actions
At WordBuzz, we endeavour to provide a means to view and share content with a wide audience. However, we ask a few things of you, and you agree to them, regarding actions undertaken on this website:
- You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications to users (such as spam).
- You will not collect users’ information, or otherwise access WordBuzz, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).
- You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
- You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
- You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
- You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, or otherwise illegal, unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
That said, we are a fairly open-minded site. Not everyone is the same. But everyone is entitled to use the WordBuzz site. Outright pornography is frowned upon, but \’tasteful\’ nudity is acceptable. This is a bit loose in description, but good judgement is required. Also, any questions regarding explicit content can be forwarded to the WordBuzz Administrators.
If you are putting explicit content on WordBuzz, we ask that you put, in an easy to see method (by naming the link, or having a large disclaimer at the top of the document) that there may be explicit content that may offend. It is courteous to those not wishing to see such content, and allows them to make a judgement as to whether or not they wish to view it.
